The Job

Lead Organization Change Management (OCM) for large-scale business and technology transformation programs, enabling organizations to successfully adopt change and realize business outcomes. Partner with client stakeholders to design and execute change strategies across digital, ERP, AI, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Lead end-to-end Organization Change Management for enterprise transformation programs.
Develop change strategies, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
Drive business readiness, user adoption, and organizational alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.




Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver successful transformation outcomes.
Contribute to consulting practice development through thought leadership, proposal support, and capability building.

Your Profile
9 - 12 years of overall experience, with at least 6+ years in Management Consulting.
Proven experience leading end-to-end Organization Change Management (OCM) for large-scale digital, ERP, AI, or enterprise transformation programs.
Solid expertise in change strategy, change impact assessment, stakeholder management, communications, and business readiness.
Excellent consulting, problem-solving, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with leading consulting firms is preferred; Prosci, CCMP, PCI, or similar Change Management certification is an added advantage.
