Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Snowflake Architect to lead the design and implementation of our cloud data platform.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Snowflake.
You will define data models, manage data pipelines, and establish best practices for data governance and performance optimization.
Your expertise will be essential for unlocking the full value of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design end-to-end data solutions on the Snowflake platform, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
- Define and implement data models (star, snowflake) for data warehousing and analytics.
- Optimize Snowflake performance, including workload management, query tuning, and cost optimization.
- Establish and enforce data governance and security policies within the Snowflake setting.
- Guide and mentor data engineers and data analysts on Snowflake best practices.
- Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and business intelligence tools.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for the Snowflake platform.

Required Qualifications:




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture and data engineering, with 3+ years of experience as a Snowflake Architect.
- Deep technical expertise in Snowflake, including its architecture, capabilities, and administration.
- Solid experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with data governance and security.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Architect certification.
- Experience with other data tools (e.g., Databricks, Fivetran, dbt).
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., FinTech, Healthcare).
