Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate for interviews with candidates.
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring requirements.
Meet individual and team hiring targets, turnaround time (TAT), and closure metrics.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.




Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates to support repeat hiring.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience using Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring best practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
