Responsible for Coordinating with the Existing as well as recent clients of the company
Achieving sales targets in assigned territory.
Generation Of Current Enquiries and Orders related to flooring treatment
Responsible for Meeting the new target customers and converting them into customers
Responsible of increase service sales like AMC, O M Contracts
Responsible for Payment Collection.
Organizing Events like customer meet, service camp to attract more customers
Meeting Customers on daily basis and helping them to solve their problem in floor treatment
Making daily reports and sending them to Seniors
Attending meetings monthly closing at Branch Office
Managing service franchisees operation as per the guidelines norms of the company
Monitoring supporting to service franchise to lead generation/enquiry generation activities.
Conversion of lead/enquiries in to sales
Sales promotion activities
Training and motivation of franchisee team




Development and growth of franchisees/dealers
Technical presentation/discussion with customers
Development of unrepresented areas through appointment of recent franchisees Qualifications
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill.
Should be able to independently handle customer interaction for technical commercial negotiations
Should have strong affinity towards service business
Responsible for Order and Payment Collection.
Reporting on a periodical basis to Seniors
Technical knowledge related to floor treatment will be added advantage.
Willing to travel to other locations.
