Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Snowflake Architect to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise data strategy on the Snowflake platform.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the architecture, roadmap, and best practices for our cloud data platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and delivers high business value.
You will be a key leader, driving innovation and building a world-class data engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :
Define the strategic architecture and roadmap for our Snowflake platform.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions on Snowflake.
Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance, and best practices for data management and development.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers and architects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into a robust technical architecture.
Drive the adoption of up-to-date data engineering practices, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data sharing.
Evaluate current Snowflake features and technologies,



advising on adoption.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
12+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Snowflake.
Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Robust experience with data integration tools and ETL/ELT processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
SnowPro Advanced Architect certification.
Experience with data governance and data mesh concepts.
Experience with other data technologies like dbt, Airflow.
Experience in a large-scale, multi-cloud environment.
