BD / Sales / Mkt Executive
Primary Role: Partnerships, Referrals, Growth & Marketing Initiatives
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

2.1 Develop and maintain solid relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, clinics, NGOs, corporate partners, and CSR initiatives.

2.2 Identify and execute growth opportunities for oncology services and medical devices.

2.3 Derive and implement marketing initiatives to promote medical devices and cancer care services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare specialists.

2.4 Generate leads for cancer patient care, track conversions, and ensure timely follow-up with internal teams.

2.5 Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance dashboards to management.

2.6 Achieve defined KPIs such as:

2.6.1 Number of current hospital/clinic partnerships onboarded

2.6.2 Leads generated for cancer patient care

2.6.3 Medical device promotions and conversions

2.6.4 Outreach programs executed (seminars, workshops, awareness campaigns including blood donation camps)




Secondary / Cross-Functional Responsibilities (Including Telecalling)

3.1 Conduct tele-calling activities to:

3.1.1 Follow up with referrals, prospective patients, and leads

3.1.2 Coordinate appointments and send reminders

3.1.3 Run awareness campaigns for oncology services and medical devices

3.2 Support digital marketing, front desk, and patient engagement teams as needed.

3.3 Assist in organizing camps, seminars, workshops, and community programs related to cancer care.

3.4 Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, referral logs, and activity reports.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong command of English with confident body language and professional presence.
Clear articulation skills, with the ability to persuasively present ideas when required.
Comfortable with Excel data entry and basic reporting functions.
Proficient in using laptops, electronic devices, and standard business software.
