Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various technical roles while working closely with hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews with clients or internal teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and ensure successful onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
Understand client requirements and hiring expectations.
Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills
Knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
