Roles and Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations using Manhattan WMS software, ensuring productive inventory management and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to stock levels, shipments, and customer orders.
Develop and maintain documentation of all warehouse processes, including procedures and SOPs.
Analyze data from MWS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in warehouse operations.
Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to MWS system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in JDA WMS, WMS, WMOS & MANHATTAN WMS systems.
Robust understanding of retail logistics concepts such as order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
