Position: HR Executive Statutory Payroll

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive with experience in statutory compliance and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll administration, statutory deductions, compliance, and HR documentation while ensuring adherence to applicable labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including:
Employees' Provident Fund (EPF)
Employees' State Insurance (ESI)
Qualified Tax (PT)
Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), where applicable
Prepare and submit statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
Generate salary slips, payroll reports, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and salary disbursement.
Handle employee queries related to salary,



deductions, and statutory benefits.
Maintain employee records, payroll documentation, and compliance registers.
Support audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Required Skills
Minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
Robust knowledge of EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor law compliance.
Experience using payroll software and HRMS.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis).
Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Certification or hands-on experience in payroll processing is an added advantage.
