Sales Executive & Sr Sales Executive Logistics & E-commerce Platform

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent clients in the e-commerce, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and corporate, Logistics sectors.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
Promote logistics solutions including express delivery, last-mile delivery, warehousing, fulfillment, freight, and reverse logistics.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and account growth.
Understand customer logistics requirements and recommend cost-effective supply chain solutions.
Prepare and present business proposals, pricing, quotations, and service agreements.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring healthy profit margins.
Coordinate with operations, customer service,



and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Track customer shipments, resolve service-related issues, and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
Identify cross-selling and upselling prospects across logistics and value-added services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and pipeline updates in CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
