Candidate Responsibilities
Hands-on AI development: Build and deploy LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
Python coding: Write productive, production-ready code; pass Carrot assessment.
Use case implementation: Support AI projects across HR, finance, risk, and compliance from POC to production.
Operational collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
Problem-solving: Address real-world challenges, ensuring solutions are practical and not just theoretical.
Hybrid/work from home: Flexibility to work from Hyderabad or Pune, with remote options available.
Continuous learning: Stay updated with evolving AI frameworks, tools, and enterprise applications.

Candidate Background Required
Core Skills:
Python (mandatory, tested via Carrot assessment).
Large Language Models (LLM).
Agentic workflow systems and RAG systems.
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years overall experience.
At least 12 years hands-on with AI-specific skills.
Location Preference:
Primarily Hyderabad, with Pune as secondary.
Hybrid or remote acceptable.
