We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Kakatiya Constructions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, cost estimation, billing, coordinating with engineering and accounts, and managing measurement sheets.

Roles and Responsibility
Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for projects.
Coordinate with engineering and accounts teams to ensure accurate billing and payment.
Manage measurement sheets and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct site visits to gather data for cost estimation and billing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to quantity surveying.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
Solid knowledge of construction management principles and practices.




Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
