This Role
Oversees fund accounting, client delivery, and team performance while driving business growth, operational excellence, and talent development.
What You Will Do
You'll manage private equity fund operations, including the review and completion of NAV, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and other complex accounting deliverables with a high degree of accuracy.
You'll lead, develop, and monitor team performance by providing coaching, feedback, and training while ensuring balanced workload allocation and achievement of quality, timeliness, and productivity KPIs.
You'll ensure compliance with regulatory, SSAE, and internal policies, manage risk, review processes, and serve as the primary escalation point for operational and client-related issues.
You'll drive client delivery excellence by building robust stakeholder relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving escalations,



and ensuring adherence to SLAs and client requirements.
You'll demonstrate robust leadership, decision-making, communication, and organisational skills, optimising processes, managing workflows, supporting system transitions (e.g., Investran/Paxus), and contributing to continuous improvement and business growth.
