Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders within the assigned verticals.
Identify and execute structured HR projects aligned to business needs with measurable outcomes.
Identify people challenges proactively and design structured interventions with measurable outcomes.
Conduct ground-level employee connect, FGDs and issue resolution
Own workforce fulfilment for the assigned verticals
Drive attrition management through proactive risk identification and timely intervention.
Own end-to-end performance management cycle including goal setting, calibration, and closure.

Education & Experience:
MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
5 to 8 years of HR experience with demonstrated HRBP exposure
Robust stakeholder management, data orientation, and process discipline
High ownership, field orientation, and comfort operating in a quick-paced setting
Prior experience partnering with Product and Technology functions is preferred
