School calling, RT processing, notice dispatching, sales calling, and conducting conference calls
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Solution-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in Google Sheets and adherent to qualified email etiquette
Flexibility to work between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM as required
Ability to perform under pressure, particularly during peak seasons
