Role & responsibilities :

Identify and develop current business prospects.

Meet potential clients and build long-term relationships.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Follow up with leads and maintain the CRM database.

Support marketing activities, networking events, and branding initiatives.

Achieve business development targets.

Preferred candidate profile :

Bachelor's degree (MBA is an added advantage).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Positive negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
