Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects/programs from offshore.
Lead cross-functional teams comprising Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support.
Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Act as the primary offshore point of contact for global stakeholders and clients.
Drive Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and ensure sprint commitments are met.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, forecasting, and utilization.
Monitor project health using KPIs, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
Conduct governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.




Manage project financials including budgeting, revenue forecasting, margins, and cost optimization.
Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards, compliance, and security policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and process optimization.
Mentor delivery leads, project managers, and technical teams.
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimation, RFPs, and client presentations.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
