Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Develop scripts using JavaScript or other programming languages as needed for automation tasks.
Configure and manage service catalog items, IT asset management processes, incident management workflows, change management procedures, problem management strategies, and knowledge base content.
