Roles & Responsibilities
Visit customers based on company-provided leads.
Travel to customer locations and explain property features and advantages.
Build trust and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Convince customers and close property sales (commercial spaces, plots, land, godowns).
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper follow-ups.
Requirements
Field Relationship Managers (FRM) - 1 To 3 Years experience
ASM ( Area Sales Manager ) - 2 To 3 Years Real estate experience
Salary & Perks
ASM - CTC:50,000 per month(for experience )
In-hand Salary: 21,200 - 45,000 per month (after PF & ESI deductions)
Monthly Incentives: 25,000 - 30,000 (based on performance)
Petrol Allowance provided for field travel.
