Job Description :

Core Focus:

Specialized in recruiting US Tax professionals by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for federal, state, and international tax roles.

Responsibilities :
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Tax positions across multiple levels.
Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and technical fit.
Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interview processes.
Organize and coordinate walk-in drives, recruitment events, and hiring campaigns.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified US Tax professionals.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.
Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment databases, ATS records, and hiring reports.

Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resource.
3 5 years of experience in recruitment,



talent acquisition, or staffing, with a robust focus on hiring US Tax professionals.

Language Proficiency (If Any):
English (Fluent; American/Neutral accent preferred )
