We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage SAP Application Management Services (AMS) for enterprise SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in SAP support delivery, ITSM processes, vendor governance, and service management. This role requires driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA compliance, and collaborating with business stakeholders to continuously improve SAP services.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the transition of SAP support services from the System Integrator (SI) to the AMS partner.
Manage end-to-end SAP AMS delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
Establish, monitor, and improve ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Coordinate cross-functional SAP support across modules including PP, MM, SD, EWM, and FI.
Drive service governance through regular reviews, reporting, risk management, and compliance tracking.
Manage AMS vendors and ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to enhance system stability.




Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize SAP service performance.
Track service metrics, prepare management reports, and lead governance meetings.
Promote best practices in SAP support, ITIL processes, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
10 - 15 years of experience in SAP Service Delivery, SAP AMS, or SAP Project Management.
Robust understanding of SAP functional modules such as PP, MM, SD, EWM, and FI.
Hands-on experience with ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
Proven experience in managing SAP AMS operations, service governance, and vendor management.
Expertise in SLA/KPI monitoring, service reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
ITIL Foundation (or higher) Certification.
Experience with SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM.
Exposure to global delivery models and offshore AMS teams.
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certifications are an added advantage
