Role & responsibilities
The position has the responsibility to handle Facility Management for IT complex or Commercial IT Buildings.
Monitoring, designing & establishment of process for the division.
Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and infrastructure.
Responsible for Annual Budget Vs Actual analysis. Preparation of Annual CAM Budget
Ensure timely Cam and Rent collection.
Vendor Management and AMC negotiations. Responsible for the purchase and contracts.
Liaison with local and Government bodies.
Client Relationship Management.
Maintenance of Fire Fighting systems, DG Sets, HVAC, Pumps and electrical systems like cables & transformers.

Preferred candidate profile
Should have handled FM Operations for large IT Parks / Commercial Complex consisting of multiple buildings.
Should posses valuable leadership with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interact across all levels of management hierarchy.
The position requires high degree of motivation, initiative and drive with hands on operations knowledge.
