Role Overview CIO Office & Transformation role
Drive and coordinate governance forums, including agenda preparation, meeting facilitation, decision tracking, and action closure.
Prepare executive reports, leadership updates, dashboards, and governance materials to support decision-making.
Monitor program and project progress, risks, dependencies, and key transformation initiatives.
Provide consolidated visibility of organizational activities and priorities to leadership teams.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, execution plans, and governance processes.
Develop impactful dashboards and executive presentations using reporting and visualization tools.
Simplify complex data and insights into transparent, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Champion change management initiatives and drive adoption of current ways of working.
Enhance governance, reporting, and monitoring processes through continuous improvement and automation.
Ensure consistent communication and coordination across teams, functions, and leadership forums.

Qualification any of the below:
MBA in Information Technology (IT) Management
MBA in Strategy & Consulting
MBA in Operations Management
