This is an Unpaid Internship.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS using MS Excel.
Support job posting activities across various job portals and social media platforms.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring records.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for interview feedback and recruitment updates.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, wherever applicable.
Ensure timely completion of assigned recruitment and coordination activities.
Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.

Eligibility
MBA (HR) or any related discipline.
2026 or 2027 pass-outs are preferred.




Solid interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in Recruitment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
