Roles and Responsibilities
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and set timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery within budget and scope.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and status updates.
Identify potential roadblocks early on and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor project execution.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Ensure timely completion of construction activities.
Monitor project budgets, quality, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and safety standards.
Prepare project progress reports and update management regularly.

Requirements
Experience: 510 years in real estate/construction project management.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
