Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.
Familiarity with CARC / RARC codes, EOB / ERA interpretation and payer guidelines.

Understanding of medical billing workflows (OPD/IPD), insurance reimbursement methodologies, and medical coding (ICD-10, CPT). Eligibility & Skills:
Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), ERPs, and specialized billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
Minimum 1+ years of AR Hospital Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Robust understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals,



and reimbursement processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
Robust analytical skills.
Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate.
