Role & responsibilities
Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US clients.
Work on Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Prime Vendors requirements.
Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
Maintain robust relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
Work on different tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Understand various US work visas like H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid understanding of US IT Recruitment process.
Knowledge of US visa types and tax terms.
Experience using ATS and job portals.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).
Robust sourcing and networking abilities.
