Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage the offer process.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using ATS and recruitment tools.
