Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 12 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in senior developer roles.
Proven senior-level ServiceNow development experience with a solid track record of delivering complex customisations, configurations and integrations.
Deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development, including server-side scripting, client-side scripting, scoped applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation capabilities.
Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model and core platform areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and Discovery.
Strong integration experience using REST, SOAP, MID Server, API authentication, error handling and supportable integration patterns.
Solid software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, reuse, performance, security,



maintainability and testability.
Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models, including structured release, testing and promotion processes across instances.
Ability to contribute to technical design and feasibility discussions and mentor less experienced developers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a globally distributed team across time zones.
Fluent English is required.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD are strongly preferred. Relevant CIS certifications for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery or IntegrationHub will be an advantage.
