We are seeking a results-driven Field Recruiter to lead and optimize the end-to-end hiring of 2W, 3W, and 4W Riders/Drivers for our Electric Vehicle (EV) fleet operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EV fleet or last-mile delivery operations, managing both drivers and vehicles in a rapid-paced, field-based environment. This role demands solid execution capability, field presence, and an ability to leverage technology for efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring
Hire 7+ drivers weekly (25+ per month).
Source 2W, 3W & 4W EV drivers.
Verify DL, Aadhaar & PAN before onboarding.
Convert competitor and migrant driver leads.
Promote the company's value to attract drivers.
Operations
Control driver attrition and ensure timely redeployment.
Maintain a positive,
performance-driven driver culture.
Track leads and hiring using digital tools.
Share market and competitor insights.
Improve hiring processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications
PUC/Diploma/Graduate.
0 to 2+ years in EV fleet, logistics, or driver hiring.
Knowledge of Excel and fleet/lead management tools.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Field-oriented and target-driven.
Preferred Experience
Experience with EV fleet companies (Zypp, Magenta, eTO, etc.).
Exposure to delivery operations (Zomato, Amazon, Flipkart, DHL).
Understanding of EV fleet operations and driver lifecycle.
