Role & responsibilities
Lead SAP O2C (Order-to-Cash) implementation and support projects.
Configure and optimize SAP AATP, Backorder Processing (BOP), Product Allocation (PAL), and Supply Protection.
Work on Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
Collaborate with MM, PP, EWM, TM, and FI teams for end-to-end business processes.
Lead client discussions, gather business requirements, and provide functional solutions.
Mentor team members and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
9+ years of SAP SD/O2C experience.
Robust hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA AATP.
Expertise in O2C processes, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management.
Experience with at least 23 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Positive understanding of integrations with MM, PP, EWM, TM, and FI.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
