Role - SAP PPQM Consultant
Experience - 6+ years 8 years (relevant experience)
Skills - SAP PP QM, understanding in Manufacturing Execution, Production Planning Master Data, Integration experience, understanding in SAP PP-PI.
Location - Hyderabad & Kolkata (complete work from office)
Number of position - 1
Notice period - Immediate joiners to 30 days

JD: -

Prerequisites: The candidate should possess following basic skills relevant to SAP
Processes in Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution:
Production Planning Master-data (Material Master, Bill of Materials, Work Center, Routing, Production Version, Production Resources and Tools) and its integration with various modules (at least MM, CO and SD)
Material Requirements Planning and Consumption Based Planning, Planning Strategies and MRP types.
Understanding on different processes related to Manufacturing (Order to Cash and Procure to Pay)




Knowledge on Various Production types (at least following two)
Order Controlled production with Production Orders
Order Controlled production with Process Orders (Added advantage with understanding on PP-PI scenario: SAP PP-PI specific functionalities, Batch management, Process Instructions, PI Sheets, Control Recipe & etc.
Quality Management:
Quality Inspections -
Inspection Lot, Usage decision By QA32, Results Recording, Defects Recording, QM Master Data (Inspection Type, Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristic (MIC), Sampling Procedure, Catalog, Selected Sets),
Assignment of MIC to the Routing/Recipe, Results Recording based on the MIC and etc., Quality Certificates.
Should have work experience on custom development like Enhancements, Module pools, integrations, Forms, custom reports.
