The Process Associate (Fresher) will support employee attendance tracking, workplace monitoring, and operational documentation. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates who are willing to learn, follow company policies, and work closely with HR, IT, and Security teams.
Key Responsibilities
Attendance Monitoring
Assist in tracking daily employee attendance.
Support verification of punctuality, absences, and late arrivals.
Help generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
Share reports with HR and management teams.
CCTV Surveillance Support
Assist in monitoring CCTV systems to ensure workplace safety.
Report suspicious activities or issues to the concerned team.
Maintain basic logs of surveillance recordings.
Login/Logout Monitoring
Support tracking of employee login and logout times.
Maintain shift-wise working hour records.
Identify basic discrepancies and report them to HR.
Alarm Access Control Support
Assist in maintaining alarm system codes and access permissions.
Update access lists under supervision.
Follow security procedures as per company policy.
Operational Support
Assist HR and Operations teams with attendance-related tasks.
Maintain records related to attendance and employee logs.
Support onboarding activities such as system access setup.
Assist during audits when required.
Reporting Documentation
Maintain organized records of attendance and login/logout data.
Prepare reports under supervision.
Provide required documents during internal reviews.
Support Coordination
Coordinate with HR, IT, and Security teams as needed.
Provide support to employees regarding attendance queries.
Follow instructions from supervisors and management.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)

Willingness to learn and work in night shifts
