Job Title: HR Intern Talent Acquisition

Location: Hyderabad - Kondapur Office

Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Stipend: As per company policy

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and hiring updates.
Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events.
Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.

Eligibility
MBA(HR) - recent pass-out - 2025/2026
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Team player with robust attention to detail.
