Role & responsibilities :
68 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with solid focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Proven experience implementing and configuring HRSD scoped applications, including:
HR Case and Knowledge Management
Employee Service Center (ESC)
HR Catalog and Lifecycle Events
Robust understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and security framework.
Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Experience with HR Integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Azure AD) using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of HR data privacy, role-based access control, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting for HR dashboards.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and SDLC best practices.
ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or CIS certification is preferred.
Robust communication skills with ability to work closely with HR stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
