Interior Designer

Role Summary

The Interior Designer ensures design quality, detailing precision, and execution feasibility across

projects. This role translates design concepts into executable outputs and supports junior designers while

coordinating closely with site and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure design consistency and detailing accuracy across all drawings.
Develop execution-ready detailing aligned with in office feasibility.
Convert design concepts into physical and virtual material mood boards.
Prepare and review BOQs, including:
Itemization
QA checks
Material specifications
Participate in site visits independently or with the Design Lead.
Create and/or guide Junior Designers in producing:
Initial design pitches and presentations
Design-stage layouts
3D models and renders
2D execution drawings (including services and woodwork)
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required Experience & Skills
Architect / Interior Designer
Experience in both modular and studio environments
Robust understanding of rates, market conditions, materials, and execution
Excellent coordination and mentoring capabilities
