Job Summary

We are hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients for the position of SOC Compliance & Audit Specialist. The selected candidate will work with a global team, leading SOC compliance initiatives, managing audit readiness, and ensuring continuous compliance across multiple SOC frameworks. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in SOC 1, SOC 2 or SOC 3 compliance, managing audit readiness, evidence collection, control implementation, and coordinating with external auditors.

This role requires someone who can independently drive SOC compliance projects, support audit activities, and ensure continuous compliance for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SOC 1, SOC 2 (Type I & Type II), or SOC 3 compliance engagements.
Prepare organizations for SOC audits by assessing existing controls and identifying compliance gaps.
Design, implement, and maintain SOC control frameworks.
Manage audit evidence collection, validation, and documentation using Scrut or similar GRC platforms.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of audit evidence.
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors during audit engagements.
Track audit findings, remediation activities, and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.




Maintain audit-ready documentation and support continuous compliance throughout the year.
Conduct periodic control reviews and recommend process improvements.
Support vulnerability remediation and update compliance documentation accordingly.

Required Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in SOC Compliance and Audits.
Hands-on experience with SOC 1, SOC 2 Type I & II, or SOC 3 frameworks.
Experience managing complete SOC audit lifecycle.
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance processes.
Experience with Scrut or any GRC platform for compliance management.
Knowledge of evidence collection, control mapping, audit documentation, and remediation tracking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple compliance projects.
