Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing enterprise-grade order management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate complex supply chain systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the IBM Sterling OMS framework.
Java Expertise: Build and extend robust Java/J2EE-based applications to support OMS functionality and custom business logic.
Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between Sterling OMS and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, and E-commerce platforms) using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and XML/JSON.
Customization: Configure and customize Sterling OMS components, including User Exits, Services, Agents, and API-level modifications.




Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production incidents to ensure high availability.
Collaboration: Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, code reviews, documentation, and agile sprint planning.
Best Practices: Adhere to industry best practices for secure coding, deployment, and performance testing within an enterprise setting.

Mandatory Technical Skills
Core Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (OMS) (v9.x or v10.0+).
Development: Robust proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and Spring/Hibernate frameworks.
Data/Interchange: Proficiency with XML, XSLT, JSON, and SQL (Oracle/DB2).
Web Services: Solid understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
Setting: Experience working with Linux/Unix environments and Application Servers (e.g., WebSphere).
