About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to handle inquiries from customers through WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, emails, and our website. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers with their queries and ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, emails, and website forms.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Maintain customer details and interaction records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team and transfer qualified leads for further discussions and sales closure.
Ensure timely responses and excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey.




Requirements
12 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu. Hindi is an added advantage.
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
Freshers with solid communication skills and a passion for customer interaction can also apply.
