Plan, coordinate, and monitor the overall activities and operations of Team
Plan Marketing trip periodically to meet the target assigned
Visit Customer place periodically and maintain valuable relation with the customers
Responsible for Recent client development and recent trends analysis
Assign work to team and take report of work assigned
Payment follow up and requirement over the call and even visit physically if required
Verify teamwork before proceeding.
Send daily work report which includes Inventory In-Out, Customer visit, Key points
Send weekly / Monthly report to reporting officers
Quarterly report -customer balance verification report, sales figures comparison report
Any additional responsibilities given by the management from time to time.
