Key Responsibilities
Backlog Ownership & Prioritization
a. Owns and manages the Team Backlog
b. Writes transparent User Stories with acceptance criteria
c. Prioritizes backlog items based on:
i. Business value (from PM)
ii. Technical inputs (from team/architect)
d. Ensures backlog is rened, visible, and ready
Iteration Execution
a. Participates in:
i. Sprint Planning
ii. Daily Stand-ups (as needed)
iii. Iteration Reviews & Retrospectives
b. Explains stories and ensures team understands requirements
c. Accepts or rejects completed stories
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
a. Acts as voice of the customer for the team
b. Works closely with Product Manager to align priorities
c. Engages stakeholders for clarications and validations
Program Increment (PI) Support
a. Supports PI Planning
b. Helps break down features into stories
c. Provides capacity insights and team-level commitments
Quality & Value Delivery
a. Ensures stories meet Denition of Ready and Done
b. Validates delivered increments meet business expectations
c. Drives continuous improvement at team level

a. Dene and communicate product vision and roadmap
b. Align product strategy with business goals and market needs
c. Own Program Roadmap and Feature lifecycle
Feature Denition & Prioritization
a. Create and prioritize Features (not stories)
b. Maintain the Program Backlog
c. Dene acceptance criteria and success metrics
d. Balance:
i. Customer value
ii. Business objectives
iii. Technical feasibility
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
a. Interact with:
i. Business leaders
ii. Customers/users

b. Gather and validate requirements
c. Represent customer voice at scale

a. Lead PI Planning preparation
b. Provide business context and priorities
c. Support ART alignment and execution

a. Track KPIs / OKRs / product metrics
b. Ensure delivery of business value, not just output
c. Validate features in production and drive feedback loops
