We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Specialist to design, implement, and optimize our next-generation revenue operations. In this role, you will leverage Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) to build autonomous, AI-driven workflows. You will bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and cutting-edge Salesforce technology to automate our end-to-end revenue lifecycle.

Role & responsibilities
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) and/or Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
Solid understanding of AI-driven revenue workflows using Agentforce, including autonomous agent configuration and revenue process automation.
Experience implementing and configuring Revenue Cloud Advanced for end-to-end revenue lifecycle from quoting and contracting to billing and recognition.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Agentforce and Revenue Cloud solutions.




Experience working with Salesforce CPQ and its integration with Revenue Cloud Advanced pipelines.
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce data models, flows, and objects relevant to revenue and billing operations.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, and IT stakeholders to align agent-driven revenue processes with business goals.
Support UAT, data migration, and go-live activities for ARM/RCA implementations.
Troubleshoot issues related to agent workflows, billing rules, revenue schedules, and recognition policies.
Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Triggers, custom development, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support and extend ARM/RCA functionality.
Valuable communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and document functional and technical solutions clearly
