Location: Hyderabad Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter with a robust background in sourcing, screening, and hiring legal specialists. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for positions such as Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Compliance Specialists, Contract Administrators, Legal Analysts, and other legal-domain roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to identify top legal talent and manage the recruitment lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for legal and compliance-related positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and databases.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on legal qualifications, experience, and client requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Build and maintain a pipeline of legal professionals for current and future requirements.
Understand legal job descriptions and hiring requirements in detail.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.




Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
2–5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on legal hiring.
Strong understanding of legal roles and organizational structures.
Experience recruiting Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Compliance Professionals, Contract Specialists, and related positions.
Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
Robust sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Experience in staffing, executive search, RPO, or corporate recruitment.
Exposure to US legal recruitment is an added advantage.
