Key Responsibilities
Coordinating with Central Government ministries, departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies and institutional organisations.
Attending pre-bid meetings, tender meetings, presentations and client discussions on behalf of Green Gold.
Identifying relevant officials and decision-makers in Government communication, IEC, media, public relations, marketing and procurement teams.
Generating appointments and business leads through calls, emails, references, qualified networks and direct meetings.
Following up on tenders, empanelments, proposals, campaigns and institutional prospects.
Presenting Green Gold s capabilities in animation, CGI, VFX, motion graphics, animated explainers, mascots, comics, character-led communication, digital campaigns and branded content.
Coordinating with our Hyderabad team for proposals, presentations, estimates, documents and submissions.




Maintaining a structured database of contacts, meetings, leads, follow-ups and prospect status.
Representing Green Gold professionally at Government offices, corporate meetings, industry events and networking programmes.

Key requirements
A junior or mid-level candidate with at least 3 4 years of relevant experience
Experience in media company, advertising agency, digital agency, PR agency, production house, corporate-communications firm or Government-facing organisation .
