Roles and Responsibility
Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement in healthcare operations.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on current systems and processes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with data analysis and system implementation.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of healthcare management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.




Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL and Excel.
Ability to think critically and make sound decisions based on data analysis.
