Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Bachelors degree in business, engineering, economics, information systems, or related field
2+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in pricing, commercial excellence, revenue management, or sales transformation
Hands-on experience with Pricefx in implementation, configuration, or business process design
Understanding of pricing processes including price setting, discounting, approvals, rebates, and margin analysis
Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations
Robust problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a team-based, client-facing workplace and manage multiple workstreams
Willingness to travel based on client and business needs





Positive to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Experience with B2B pricing transformation programs
Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Exposure to pricing analytics, CPQ, quote-to-cash, or commercial operations processes
Experience in Agile delivery environments
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and requirements documentation skills
Prior experience in consulting, especially in customer, sales, or service transformation programs

Education:
BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
