Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our mattress showroom. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of retail sales experience, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable mattress products.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock availability and customer orders.
Assist with billing, order processing, and delivery coordination.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.




Support the team in achieving overall showroom sales objectives.

Qualifications
Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury mattresses, furniture, home furnishings, home dcor, consumer durables, or premium retail.

Required Skills
Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems.
Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
Hindi and Telugu is must.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in a premium retail showroom.
Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality.
Solid customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
