Required Qualification- B Tech (Aeronautical Engineering) or DGCA qualified Licenses Engineer

Experience- Relevant experience of 20 Years

Preferred Background

Experience in Aircraft Maintenance, Line/Base maintenance of various airports enhancing capabilities and set up MRO facilities.

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the MRO organization. Ensure regulatory compliance, business growth, innovation, safety standards, and stakeholder confidence while driving sustainable expansion in the aviation sector. Responsible for setting up MRO facilities and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with the companys vision.
Identify growth prospects in MRO / Aviation services.
Lead expansion initiatives, partnerships, and global collaborations.
Ensure productive operations across engineering, maintenance, planning, quality, and safety departments.




Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational excellence.
Drive continuous improvement and technological advancement.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory authorities, DGCA;
Develop strategic alliances with OEMs, airlines, defense organizations, and global aerospace companies.
Lead contract negotiations and major commercial decisions.
Represent the organization at industry forums and exhibitions.
Build and lead a high-performance executive team.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.
Oversee talent acquisition and succession planning.
Ensure strict implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
Lead crisis management and contingency planning.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue growth.
Ensure profitability and cost optimization.
Present financial performance reports to the Board.
Capable of handling any other assignments given by the Management.
