Prepare or update job descriptions and qualifications.
Sourcing Candidates
Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Search for candidates through databases, referrals, and qualified networks.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Screening and Shortlisting
Review resumes and applications.
Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews.
Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
Coordinating Interviews
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate interview details and provide updates to candidates
