Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience architecting Salesforce implementations.
Mastery of Salesforce platform development and architecture, with proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration APIs, and web services
Hands-on experience on Salesforce Apex Programming Design Patterns
Hands on experience on Salesforce Integration Design Patterns
Robust understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices
Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies
Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer and at least two additional Salesforce certifications (e.g.,



Application Architect, System Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant)
Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile delivery in CI/CD environments
Knowledge about CI/CD tools such as Copado would be a valuable addition
